What is a Consultation?
A consultation is a written report evaluating the outside and the inside of your home. First, I begin by looking at every area of the property including landscaping, driveway area, garage, backyard, and overall appearance. No stone is left unturned. After thoroughly assessing curb appeal, I enter the house and continue my evaluation. In this assessment, I will observe the placement of furniture, window treatments, wall color, possible clutter, and personal objects - just to name a few. The complete checklist may take anywhere from three to four hours. When I have finished the checklist, the homeowner and I will discuss, in detail, my recommendations. Although I have definite suggestions to make, I am open to client input, always keeping in mind his or her budget.
